As a large and professional painting and decorating contractor, we at The Art of Decorating are keen to develop long-term partnerships with major housing associations and managing agents throughout the Capital.

We are currently coming to the conclusion of a mutually successful 5-year partnership with Threshold Housing & Support and tendering for a further 3-year contract with them.

Our contract with Threshold Housing & Support includes cyclical painting agreements to provide regular redecoration and surface maintenance to their housing to maintain its appearance and value.
