Pimlico Grid

The Art of Decorating as the main contractor, on this prestigious £4m / 5 year period project, has restored and redecorated over 200 period properties in the Pimlico grid. Works required full scaffolding and reroofing of many properties. Major stone and stucco repairs including complete renovation of numerous porticos, balconies and cornices were undertaken. Complete removal of all existing exterior paint and application of a new microporous paint system has added an additional 2 years to the cyclical repainting cycle. All associated timber repairs/replacement were undertaken to get the application including the use of the WindowCare system.
